Become the performance leader who turns Pi v2.0 data into decision-ready intelligence across all four Pi levels — the KPI and KRI architecture, the data quality regime, the integrated dashboard and its narrative, the package and field reporting craft, the executive and scenario decision packs, and the leadership behaviour that turns intelligence into action.

P6 develops performance leaders who can translate Pi v2.0 data into decision-ready intelligence at every tier of a complex project. You design the KPI Dictionary & Performance Framework (G-610) and the Data Quality & Governance Register (M-640), build the Integrated Performance Dashboard (M-540) and its Performance Narrative (M-550), consolidate the package pack (I-620), run field daily and weekly reporting (D-540, D-620, D-630), and assemble the Executive Performance Review Pack (M-620) and Scenario & What-If Analysis Pack (M-630) that drive board decisions captured in M-660.
It does not own the underlying scope, schedule, cost or risk processes — those sit with P1, P2, P3, P4 and P5. P6 consumes their outputs, turns them into decisions, and feeds the performance evidence base to P5 baseline change and P7 lifecycle governance. The leadership behaviour layer is co-developed with P8.
Performance, controls and leadership roles on complex projects — listed verbatim from the Pi v2.0 Roles Register. P6 is the core program for the Reporting Analyst / BI Lead and Project Control Manager pathways.

Every outcome is a thing you'll be able to do on a live project — not a topic you'll have heard about.
Architecture and data quality come first because everything downstream is unreliable without them. Visualisation and narrative come next because dashboards without commentary do not drive action. Decision support and leadership come last because they are the point of the program.
Twelve Pi v2.0 artefacts that progress from a conceptual KPI framework to an endorsed decision record — the working portfolio of a performance leader.
Tier governs depth; Type governs pedagogy. P6 carries an unusually high concentration of judgement and leadership courses, because turning data into decisions is itself a judgement and influence exercise.
